I always have questions, this time want to share good news!!!

Finally! I ask so many questions and I have some news I'm really proud of to share. For those of you have read my posts as to my horse being a knucklehead in the round pen last week and that he has been giving us trouble on the lane at the farm I have bragging news on him today!

Hubby took him on a 2 1/2 hour trail ride with our friend Karen we board with and her Arabian and an Appaloosa he had never met before. He was Awesome!!!

Total forward movement instead of backing like he was doing at home when you said walk on (oh ya barn/buddy sour). He went up and down muddy hills, crossed over big logs on curvy trails, he rode in any position between the three horses, he went thru mud puddles, flooded creeks that were loud and fast, jumped muddy banks etc.

He didn't spook at deer that ran out in front of him, confronted hikers head on on the path without blinking, he does NOT want to be the lead horse (yippie!) and was pretty much excellent the whole time!

I am so proud of him! This was his first big trail test in tough terrain to see if he truly had the trail experience we were told he did so he was ran thru the tests and he passed! i LOVE MY HUBBY! He did this ride so if he did anything crazy I wouldn't be the one on him, aaawwww

Anyways, I'm hoping he does as well for me now too since he''s mine LOL Just wanted to share how proud I am of him and hubby said he thinks he may have sweated off a few off the extra pounds on him as well
