Hunter Pace Pics! Also bath time pics.

Ok Sat my mom took a bunch of pictures of me and Blue bathing (haha, i was bathing her, but i pretty much got just as wet) and then a couple pics of the hunter pace with my best friend erin. She was on her quararab who is also six. We didn't place because we were too fast, next time i think we'll do the hunter division. Oh and i also took some halter pics of Blue after her bath. I'm only posting a few, you can see the rest on my wesbsite. Oh and feel free to critique or comment on anything, such as conformation. Oh yeah, is Blue too fat?

Erin is on my right, she has the green helmet and the Patriots shirt on (matching me)

Caring for our horses after the Hunter Pace.

Bath time, taking a nap, and me hangin upside down.

I thought my mom did a really good job with this one, it's so neat.

This is a halter pic, i couldn't get her to perk her ears for anything. We resorted to waving a tarp in front of her, but we still only got one with her ears perked.

The rest of the pics are on here. http://www.picturetrail.com/sarasbluegroove2

Blue is very beautiful. Not too fat at all! But then again, I like kinda' chubby horses, LOL! You friend's horse is beautiful too. I have a 16 month old gray Quarab filly. What do you use to keep Blue so white? I have a 2 year old pinto gelding with large patches of white & it's so hard to keep him white. Also, his mane is completely white. Any tips?

Well if you noticed in the bath pics, she wasn't white before i gave her a bath. I use quick silver shampoo, but trust me, she's not always white either.

I like my horse chubby too.

I've heard Quick Silver shampoo was really good. Guess I'll have to break down & try it.

Oh yeah, i forgot to mention to everyone that i had the funnest time i ever had on the hunter pace today. Last time i had fun, but it was a bit nerve racking just because it was my first time. this time it was awesome! Sorry, just felt i should mention that. I get so cought up in the pictures i forget the important stuff. If you can see the big grin on my face on the first picture, you'll see how much fun i had. Oh and BLue did awesome with the jumps. Just that one lesson the other day where she learned to not knock down the poles, and she can go right over the jump and not hesitate, helped her a lot. She's now got more confidence and actually jumps the lower jumps instead of just walking or trotting or cantering over them. She was awesome!
