How to put a harness on?

I just bought myself a sleigh and harness but I have no idea whatsoever how to put the harness on! Does anyone know of any good sites about harness fitting and step by step putting on the harness with pictures? I'm getting a friend to come over and help me when I hitch my boy up but right now I want to ground drive him and make him pull smaller things to get him used to the feel.

I have some scans on my computer of a handbook that explains how to properly put on and fit a harness. I will go upload them really quick for you
