try a very light mousse foudnation over a little of that concealer pen. then put a nice light layer of power not so you look fake but to even the tones and make your skin look flawless. then to get that shimmery white get a small brush even a paint brush works lol and find a white eye shadow or cream something like that what ever you prefer. and after you put the darker eye line on the lid put a light dap and wisps of the light powder and it gives your eyes a pop look makes them just glow. i use to do it for dance when i competed. |

and if you are confused about what foundation to used and want something that looks very natural, try a spray foundation. You can probably get it at Macys or Dillards. Its a lot lighter and sheer than a cream or mousse and its what a lot of professionals use for photo shoots cause it covers so flawlessly. You just lightly spray it on a cosmetic sponge and put it on.

if you already have mousse or cream use a sponge to apply it and dip it in water just to moisten it and then apply the base it will make it more sheer without adding cost. it makes your base look very natural

oh and to make your eyes look bigger( i have small eyes) when you put the dark on use the same light power that you used under your eye right under the brow literally right under and do a very thin line it makes your eyes stand out more and make them look bigger

Sorry, guess we're talking about two different products here-- what I know as TVC 15 isn't green, it's a tattoo cover up that's heavily pigmented. I don't know that you actually need a license to purchase from that site. You used to be able to buy Joe Blasco neutralizers on Amazon, so I know you didn't need a license for that. Every time I've had an artist use MAC on me, they put too much on and said that was how it was supposed to look, and the photos look fine, so I can only imagine that they had some sort of reasoning behind that. |

There is only one Joe Blasco TVC-15 and it is light green in colour, it can be used for a tatto cover up, it was made to cover beard shadow, but it is hardly as you discribed. The site you linked to shows the product, and the colour of it. If Amazon is selling professional products, to the public with out a lisc, they are "diversifying" and that is illegal. Where did you have your make up done by MAC? someone who sells cosmetics, at a counter, in a store ? MAC does have a video line, they do not sell it to the public, and you need an account and a lisc to buy it. I have used the MAC video line, and hardly found it cakey. Remember this is the internet, anyone can see what you are writting here, and may belive what you are saying.MAC is a fine line, and what you are saying about it is simply not true. Most department store "artists" have limited training, they are not trained to the degree, someone who does make up for film, video or photos are. No knowledge of candle or tungston readings, the way the speed of film reads certain colours, via Greys Colour Square, softbox vs flash, film vs video tape, processing ect... and that is just the beggining of it. Please share some of the photos with us

I really appreciate the help everyone has given me. When I get a chance to go to Sephora I'll be picking up some of your reccommended products. I might make a little wishlist on here and see if you guys approve. Laura Mercier Eye Basics (wheat) Benefit Cosmetics Realness of Concealness Stila Illuminating Liquid Foundation (10 or 20 watt) Smashbox Single Eye Shadow (honey) Shiseido White Lucent Brighten Up Eye Kit Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil (feather light) NARS Duo Eye Shadow (earth angel and india song) I already have the MAC eyeshadow Nocturnelle... it's a plumy colour, I think. It's darker than it looks in this picture: ![]() I'm IN LOVE with NARS products... absolutely everything they make is amazing, and I like the little case their eyeshadow/blush/etc come in. What I really need though are professional brushes... I have really crappy ones a friend gave me and I never use them. It's just annoying because companies like MAC and Sephora set it up so you don't get every brush you need in a set, so you end up having to buy more anyway. I just don't know which ones I really need to get... nor do I know which brushes to use for what.
