Thanks. I do understand that the rescues pay for the costs of the horses but so do all the other horses owners that own rescue and non rescue horses. Ofcourse it will most likley cost more for the rescues but it should matter in the overall price/value of the horse. For example I dont think a horse should be priced at (lets just say) $2500 just because $1200 of that was vet fee's etc... You know? But i understand what you are saying and that makes sense and ofcourse no one (well i dont think) would price a horse like that.. im just saying.
Hope i made sense..

Very pretty face and I love her color. Here she could go for maybe $800. The reason I say that is because I just saw an unregistered buckskin broodmare go for $500. I figure younger and green broke might add a few more dollars. What is so weird is that people are always asking for COLOR now. Incredible pedigrees are being side stepped for dun factor in many circles.

No too sure what rescue prices have to do with it..... she is low priced because the market is ****, she is young, unbroke and is not overly fancy (I mean no disrespect by that, just stating the facts.)

These days a horse like yours going through an auction would bring about 4-500. Thats all. Rescues (straight from the slaughter auctions) are more in the neighbourhood of about $75-100, so its all relative. :P

You might get more if you were advertising privately, but not much. Just the way things are.

Well, I'm not sure what your currency is, but in AU, I would say bout 500-1000. I'm pricing her at this because, as others have said, she is unregistrered and doesnt have the right breeds in her. Breeds dont matter at all to the people who know and love her, but when advertising, when people see 'appy x' they will automatically be less interested. On the plus side, she is a filly/mare, and most people (at least with arabs) want mares more than gelding/stallions for breeding.
I dont think she will go grey, by the way, because I cant see any grey around her eyes, and by the age of two, they normally have already started going grey.
