How much would you pay for Mel?

Hmm, why not ask? I've always sorta wondered what she's worth, so critique and price away! She is *NOT* for sale and probably never will be, but I'm interested to hear what you have to say.

She is/has...
a 7 year old PB Arabian mare
14.1hh
Breeder's Sweepstakes nominated
Placed in the top 10 in yearling halter at Region 13 championships
shown hunter pleasure at region 13 and qualified for youth nationals
placed in western pleasure at class A arabian shows
Placed in country english pleasure at B rated arab shows
starting to jump
a reliable trail horse alone or with other horses, safe on the road, crosses railroad tracks, etc.
runs and places in barrels, poles, and other contesting events and keeps a level head through it all
NBHA and IBRA money winner, usually runs in the 2D
Good with kids, I use her as a lesson horse with 5 y/o's
Loads, stands quietly in the trailer with or w/o other horses, clips for the most part (ears are a bit touchy, but she'll let you clip 'em), ties, stands for farrier but doesn't need shoes
never been lame

Her conformation isn't perfect, but it isn't horrid either. She can also be a bit mareish every once in a while, but it usually doesn't get in the way of anything and she has never THOUGHT about kicking, biting, etc. another horse of any gender. She is good around stallions.

WOW she is BEUTIFUL!! ABSOLUTLY STUNNING!! OMG!! i'd say $15000-$20000 wow she looks AMAZING! like an all around horse she seem like she can do anything! wow she is so pretty! i'd say she'd be worth quit a bit but thats just me

Wow, thanks! She isn't really fantastic at CEP or WP, but she can pull it off. She LOVES gaming and isn't too shabby in the hunter pleasure ring either. Thank you for the reply!

Just because I know how much the general public loves Arabs...

I'd say $6500-8500. If she was a little Welsh pony or something I'd say $15000 easy. I think he training and looks make her worth easily that much, but a lot of people won't pay or won't look because it's an Arab. Same thing happened with my guy. I know he's got the same movement and training and talent as the young warmbloods, but could never get the 10k I want for him because he's an Arab.

She's gorgeous though, I really do love her I think she's very pretty and feminine.

You're very lucky to have her. No idea what she would be priced at around your place but around where I live she could go for 9-15 thousand

She's beautiful and very versatile! I'd say 7-10K, just looking at pics and assuming that she's as talented as she looks!
