how much is this horses maximum?

I just bored and this place dead ^_^

15.2 paint mare that weighs 1,250pounds?

A lot. She would be very sturdy, capable of quite a bit of weight.

20% (this is generally accpeted as a horse's maximum comfortable weight) of her weight is 245lbs.

Actually 250 lbs is 20% of that lol...but you should also add in the weight of your tack. Lets just say your saddle is 10 pounds (just an example for argements sake) than the person shouldn't be over 240 lbs... that sort of thing.

My 15.3 hand paint gelding weighs only 1033 pounds! That's him in my avie (you can see he's not skinny)!

1,250 lbs? Are you sure? My 15.3+ h, extremely in-shape, well-muscled TB mare is in good weight and is only 980 lbs. I know she probably has lighter bones than your horse, but that is a lot of weight.
