Question How far would you go?

I was wondering what the maximum amount of time you would spend driving to go see you horse(s) where you board them.

Well, before I broke my leg I was riding four times a week, (ocasionally 5), so no more than 35ish.

Currently my horse is 15 minute drive one way.

I try not to go further than 30 minute drive....However, if the facility is full board with an indoor....and not going to eat my pocketbook........

When I boarded it was 20 mins away, until I moved house and then the drive was 1hr. Thankfully I only had to do that for a few weeks before the horsies could come home. It was suck a treck.

If i boarded my horses, they would have to be close in case of emergency and it would be quicker to go and see them, and imagine one of your horses breaking a leg and not knowing and having to travel an hour to get to them :[
