| Senior Member  | How exciting!!
Well I know I haven't posted about my mom's new mare yet, but I didn't want to take pictures when we got her because she was fuzzy and ribby (typical old "broodmare" type of body condition  ) and haven't gotten around to taking any recently - but she looks MUCH better. She's all shed out and has put on weight and even built a little muscle from running around out with the rest of the herd."Zoey's" registered name is Real Lena Loot, and she's an APHA Halter champion. She's a sorrel overo with a blue eye. Anyway!  She came with a free breeding to Ready To Zip (actually, she was the cost of his stud fee, so really she was free) and we just did her two-weeks check last week. She's pregnant!! Yay! Looks like I have my next APHA show horse! I plan on campaigning him/her in Halter as a weanling then move up to lunge line. Hopefully this will also be the first horse I break out myself - and my next show horse!I'll get my butt out to take some pictures for you all soon. She's still not in the best shape, but she is 100x better than what she arrived as. We're giving her a year-long break after this baby and possibly work on breaking her out. I just wanted to share with everyone. At least ONE girl around her knows how to get pregnant! *glares at Lexi* |

Cool! Can't wait for the pics!!! Is there any way for you to get pics of the stud too?
