Question horsey sunblock!

my mare is black and is getting sun bleached and i was wondering if there was a special sun block for horses out there that isn't horribly expensive! if there isn't could i use spray ppl sun block? i have no clue!

Can you cover her with a light sheet? I always cover my horses in summer with a light sheet, so they still stay cool, but there coats dont get damaged by the sun.

im not fond of sheets because of what she does to them=] she is out 24/7 in the summer! she is only good in the winter with her heavy blanket=]

You should be able to get a good quality ripstop sheet. My horses are out 24/7 also. It should also help keep the flys away.
