This is my dog Buddy. He's a Shetland Sheepdog. He has been to the farm once and was scared to death of the horses. Lol. And he is terrified of other dogs too, and there were quite a few mean dogs running around the farm at the time, so I had to lock him in the tack room while I was riding.

Not really barn dogs. I don't know what they'd do around the horses, except Beezie because we took her out once as a puppy and she was terrified, lol.

Beezie is the golden retriever X aussie

And Hobo... aussie X. He used to herd me down the hall... does that count? lol.

My babies

The Danes

Honey 1 1/2 years old (a stally picked her up and threw her so she's not real fond of horses now...)

Drago 3 years old

And River 10 weeks old, yet to go to the barn, he will when he's a bit bigger.

The odd ball is Remington (Remi) our aussie mix

This is Azrah, my almost 3yr old Border Collie (with a jaw so overshot he no longer looks like a BC, but hey - I think he's beautiful anyway ). He is constantly trying to herd Smartie, but she takes no notice of him whatsoever, much to his frustration.

And as a baby

My farm dogs-

Codie- 8 year old Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix

Shi-Ann- 3 year old Shepard/Terrier mix. She's my shadow, she is in every room I am and never leaves my side no matter where I go. Lol, she even waits outside the door when I go potty And- she is VERY shy and the first to bark if someone pulls in the drive...
As a pup-

And our pup Sadie- Pitt/Lab mix now 7 months old I think. She's our daddy's girl.
As a pup- 2 months old

Great pictures! I love those pups. I used to raise Great Danes. They are actually great inside dogs. we had them when we lived in base housing. Male and female had 13 puppies. Man, I had 15 Great Danes and no yard at all. What a zoo the dining room was.
