Hello, I have been looking into training DVD's and was wondering what you all thought about certain ones who's method doesn't confuse the majority of horses? Thanks for the opinion

well, i don't like to pick out specific methods, just do what works best for you and your horse...

but for training dvd's I like clinton anderson 'cause they're easy to understand, and well made compared to most training dvd's I've seen. I also like the methods he uses, I work with a lot of trainer who are similar...

Training DVD's

I've bought a few Anderson ones and I like him also...I like his no-nonsense attitude. I've been working on my horse using his techniques and they work. I've seen a few other ones and I haven't been as impressed with them as I am with CA. Just my own opinion...

I love Clinton Anderson. I love the way he teaches the horse and handler/rider. It simple to understand, easy to do, and everything of his methods that I've done with my horses so far has worked out very well. He's definately my favorite clinician!
I'd look around a little and see what/who you like best and what works best for you and your horse, and then go from there.

Disipline?

HI Dakota,
I just looked into your profile to see what disipline you ride and was unable to find it. I am not familiar with Mr. Anderson but from what people have advised, he is great. However, are you specifically talking about training your horse or you?
