Dodge ate a sponge once. I took it in to scrub his water bucket and he grabbed it as I was walking by, chewed it up, and swallowed it. The little stinker even ran from me when I tried to get it back! I fed a couple meals of really wet bran mashes to help it move along and a couple days later we had a sponge again! As far as the string, I'm not really sure. How long do you think the string is? I definitely dont think I would pull it out, but it would be very tempting! |
