Horse Pictures Gallery

As you may have noticed, I have added a link to our new Horse Photo Gallery. While it is still in the testing stage, only Senior Members+ can upload to it. I believe Senior Members can reply to the photos and some other member levels can rate the photos (5 stars, etc).

Shortly after testing, we will be adding additional features such as the top rated photos on the main forum page, and the ability to very easily insert your gallery photos into your posts.

Please bear with us while we test this new addition.

so when we want to post pictures of us at a show or something do we post them there....or do we still post them in general...?

It's a handy feature. Upload your pics and then you can just link to your photo album.

All the details haven't been fully ironed out yet, but eventually all (or most) photos will need to be uploaded to the picture gallery and then you can easily include them within your posts (that feature is not yet active). At some point we will probably turn off the current way of uploading photos within your post, but the results will still be the same.

I think its a nice new category, a little confusing-
kinda like posting in general and having everyone respond
but never-the-less interesting.

It's not really supposed to be a new forum section. It's just for pictures. If I see users using it as a general forum section (discussing things other than the picture specifically), I will have to find some way to curtail that.
