horse grooming

I love grooming my horse no matter what normal she just stands there and even some time she falls asleep and wakes up when i stop grooming her but my favorite grooing thing is message

its so much fun grooming/plaiting before a show becuase it takes like 2 hrs, and it is a great relationshipo builder

I used to love grooming a lot, but after I was a professional groom at an arabian farm and groomed 50 horses a day, I fell out of with it for a while. Now I do my own horse every day, but not like I did those arabians.

just a question...when grooming, is it a sign of happiness or discomfort if the horse bobs its head a lot...?

It probably depends on the horse. My horse (Fred) will lean in to my hand as I rub a certain spot, and move his head up and down. (I know he likes that spot) But if the horse bobs its head just in general, it could mean it's annoyed and/or has flies on its face.
