Horse Forum back up - expect minor problems

The horse forum is now back up -- expect some minor problems as there are a few things that still need work.

Things that may not be working properly
Journals (new entries are not working)
Chat (untested)
Picture Insertion (works manually with BBcode)

I'm sure there are other things that will soon be fixed as well as some features you are used to that might be missing for the moment.

You might notice some new features along the way (most of them are for mods, but some are for users).

Most things should be working fine now. If you are still having problems with a forum feature since the update, please post in the forum help section.
