Question Horse Boarding in Lexington, Kentucky

It is a very good possibility that I will have to move to Lexington, KY in just a few weeks. I was wondering if any one was familiar with places to board in and around there. If so, what places would you recommend (and phone numbers to contact) and not recommend and why. Feel free to PM.

I've been riding dressage mostly and some eventing but would be fine boarding at a barn that offers another discipline. I would also prefer a place that offers an arena to ride in during inclement weather. Trails and a trainer would be a plus.

Thanks for your help.

So did you do any riding while you were at UK? If so, was it a good, bad, or otherwise stable? I'm going there Thursday and Friday and would like to be able to visit some of the recommended stables.

Did you rent while you were there? If so, are there any land lords that you would recommend or those that you would recommend to avoid. Thanks.

Check out the Versallies (I think that is how it is spelled) there are a lot of nice farms out there, and reasonalbly priced. It was so long ago (i feel old) I can't remember the name of the farm we took lessons for the equestrian team. I really liked versallies! I lived in the dorms, so don't know anything about renting :-) are you going to school there??? There are a lot of polo/eventing farms in versallies.

Looked at a few that I found in the phone book and that we're PMed to me. Will be going back in a week or so to keep looking. If anyone knows of any good ones, please let me know. Thanks.
