is he bored? do you put him outside?
Make sure his teeth are okay...put some really heavy rocks in his buckets so he cant move the buckets

Eh, I would not label them quite that strong. I have known quite a few to fold, crack, or lose their handles to a bored or impatient horse with bad habits. BUT I must say it does take a while to get to that point.

I think turnout time would be your best bet, but if that is not feasible then I would go more along the lines of the rubber buckets/tubs.

But that is JMO.

I would turn out also, but at this point it may b a learned behavior that will continue even with enough turn out.
I said indestructible only because mine has lasted through five winters, and countless time of me beating the ice out of it with a hammer so tahts close enough for me lol
