Horrible news......

Misty foaled early this morning, Her early due date was March 2. The baby was a beautiful Few-spot leopard stud colt. All white with tons of large black spots on his head, and a couple dime size spots on his body. I feel so bad for Misty, this was her 2nd foal. I am having vet out to check her, I think with the size of her she may have twins. Will udpate everyone in a couple hours what the vet says. Its so sad to see a little one lost, this is the first we have ever lost. Sigh... I hope no one else has to go though this.

I that is terrible. It happened to me last year, twins that died. Its just awful. I really feel for you and your mare.

So sorry to hear about that. That is the biggest fear with my mares something happening to them or the foal. I am so paranoid about them. Do keep us posted on your mare. Sorry to hear about it!
