Does his right front look the same as the left front from the side?

I believe they look the same.

I will not be able to get the other photos of his hooves until Sat or sunday (I just found out yesterday that my 14 year old sister just tried to kill herself and is in the hospital in critical condition). I am sorry for the wait but I hope you understand that I will be spending a lot of time at the Hospital.

I hope everything is okay with your sister. And we completely understand.

The side view of the hoof concerns me a bit.

I'd be interested to see a solar view.

I know they look a bit funky but I think it is the Draft horse in him because Jeff has told me a few times how he loves his hooves!

I believe my sister is going to be ok (She will be coming to live with me and my family when she is able to leave the hospital).

oh and I will get you better view's of the hoof ASAP

The heels look slightly run forward to me. Not horribly so, but a little pinched. It might be directly related to the observation you made about him leaving them long (you did say that didn't you?). But even still needs to be fixed if they are too long. And he looks like he's set up on his toes.

The angle of the picture might be a little off, but his pastern/hoof angle is broken.

I agree 100% I have never owned a draft horse so I assumed that since Jeff liked his hooves then it was just natural for a draft horse to look that way but maybe not.

I did say his heels look a bet long to me, I will get photos of them ASAP I do not think they are as bad as my mares but they do look like he could take some more off.
