Well, I just got back from the week long show in Waco.

And it was most definly fun!!
We placed... okay. Considering the size of the classes, at a double aa show. I got a whole bunch of 7ths, alots of 6ths too. A few 4ths. And a third.

All my jumping classes were fun! We got to jump a bit higher, and Beau only refused one fence. And that was because someone was grazing their horse on the other side of the fence, and Beau spazzed. Besides that it was really good though! We made all of our strides, got a few lead changes... well all of them at the end. But the begginning not so much.


Undersaddle classes were a MESS. Not Beau's fault at all though. I had this one girl, who came ACROSS the arena to cut me off in front of the judge's stand. Ohhh I was SO mad. Fuming mad. Because Beau took like 2 trot steps and went on, but he still broke. And every single flat we had they divided the group like three times lol. The classes were HUGE!

In one of our undersaddles, Beau did GREAT. Great step... everything was on the dot... and I didn't place. I came out of that class, fine with it. Because I am not really in it for ribbons, they are really just a bonus. I go to train my horse. Anyways... my trainer said he SHOULD have had at LEAST 3rd. But they only had TWO judges here, and they were really only giving the 2 barns that sponsered it the ribbons. Lol... whatever.

And pictures are coming. I just checked the photographers website, and nothing yet. She said they will be on there soon.

So as soon as they are, they will be here!

My friend Lucy Herendeen should have been there. She probably did the GP (if there was one, which I'm sure there was) on her horse Oberlin. She rides with Britt McCormick.

I love your attitude!!! It sounds like you had a great show, and you know it and you took out of it what you want and will use what you and Beau learned!

Me either! I haven't seen them. although the fences she got, where to ones coming home, that I was HOLDING big time, so we wouldn't get the 4 in the 5. Lol. Which Beau can definly do. But he also can get a 7 in a 5. Haha. He is a funny little goober.

So anyways, sitting, waiting for her to email me back. I am leaving tommorrow for the virgin islands ... I don't want to go in case she doesn't get the pics. up!

But I do think that my dad is bringing his labtop... So I will steal it, and look lol.
