i dunno about hw...but they are loading on the tests like no other. I have testing practically everyday of May...no joke...it's ridiculous. First are the state tests, then the regular class quizzes/tests, and then the special advanced course testing...and of course, finals for june. I'm ready to pull my hair out...haha

I still have the normal amount of homework, but we are getting bombarded with Tests, Research Papers, and Essays. Most of my teachers just say "We are preparing you for your senior year."

I also have block scheduling. I like it alot better than regular classes, but it seems that teachers give alot more homework in each class than normal. Probably to make it like 2 days worth
I was going to have 4 tests in 2 days, but my Western Civ test had to be moved because we had this stupid program that we had to go to today and English was moved so that we would be at the same pace as the other class. We had gone on a trip to the zoo (not a fun trip, we had to fill out this really stupid worksheet so it wasn't any fun) so the A day class was behind us. My western civ teacher is determined that she is going to get through with the Vietnam war with us so we are going to have a full test on 2 chapters every 2 weeks But I have a biology test tomorrow now. And I had a French test today. The only class that we weren't supposed to have a test in this week was math!!!!!

You poor things!! I am homeschooled so I don't have homework. Where we live though a lot od the teachers are perparing them for the WASL.... Have you ever taken the WASL? I have once in fourth grade... I was always the first one done so I would build a jump course on my desk! I am not a bad girl! lol. But the schools are so far behind. Its so crazy. =)

Next year i will have block sheduling..

I usually only have homework for math.. but its a good 1-2+ hours of math every night.. it takes forever.. then every so often i have some paper to type up or something for French that will take like 5 minutes to do..

Its just math mostly.

I haven't had homework for ages...then again i haven't been at school for nearly a month.
There are only ten weeks left of school this year and we have just had loads of tests so the teachers are laying off.
No doubt next year will be insane...coursework, revision..stress. (GSCE)

For me, personally, it doesn't matter how much homework I have. I am just ready for it to end! So it doesn't matter how much homework I actually have, it all sucks....
