Hi, my name is Jess and I'm new here.
I found this site when I was googling something. Not sure what, but I think it was about hay.
Anyway, I've been riding for three years and I just recently bought my first horse, Patrick, in February. I had already been taking lessons on him for a year, but he's a HUGE handful so I was the only one on him. I began to lease him, and bought him then. We go Saddleseat and sometimes Huntseat, but never do more than schooling shows. He's basically my pleasure horse and best friend. Plus, he's 16 now so he's not as showy as he used to be. As spunky and happy as a colt though.

My name is Sydney. I just my first horse on April 1st 2008 and I'm just like you. Lightning is 10yrs old and we never do anything more then schooling shows. We are in it for the fun! He is my pleasure horse and my best friend too! I have been riding for 11 yrs but only 3yrs instruction (on and off so it equals 3 yrs in total).
