Hmmm...maybe the cholesterol works just for certain hair types? I have had great results with it.... Maybe its a specific brand? WHen I go out to the barn today I'll look at the brand I'm using and let you know.

Perhaps that's it on the brand. I honestly can't get it worked all the way through Reno's tail. I used almost half of the bottle yesterday (and it's a pretty good sized one) and spent about 10 minutes trying to work it in. It doesn't even make it easy to detangle.

Dawn, I would strongly recommend Cowboy Magic's CONCENTRATED conditioner. Although expensive, it is WELL worth it...it doesn't dry the hair like Show sheen.

With as much conditioner as I have to use, cowboy magic is not very feasible. I had a bottle. One time use of it left just over half of it. It would not have even lasted me 3 applications.

What I do use now is Cowboy Magic rosewater conditioner. I wash the tail, condition it with another product, then use a small amount of the cowboy magic on the outside hairs.

She's never had show sheen anywhere near her.

Reno's tail is gorgeous, you don't need to do a thing.

True. Timmy's tail is his worst feature.

Fold it up twice, then conmes the darning needle. Weve in and out stating at the top of your loops, go in and out a couple times, then work your way back up so that the two ends of the string end up at the same area so you can tie them in a neat bow.

I'm confused on how to do that part. Any better explanation??
