Help With Video Camera!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys my video camera is annoying the living daylights out of me...Can anyone help me...

Its a Panasonic - Mini DV - Digital Camera

And I have NO PROGRAM where I can upload movies from the video camera. I have a program where I can upload pics from the video...Like capture still images from the video. But I cant capture the full video.
And in Windows Movie Maker, it can't detect it when I put it into the computer. What program might i need???
