Help With Tail Growth

Any advise on what I can do to keep my two yr. old gelding from chewing off all my other horses tails? I just bought a Haflinger gelding and keep him separate so Dallas won't chew on his beautiful mane & tail. I would really like to help my 15 yr. old mare grow her tail long, any suggestions. I have thought of putting the 2 yr. olds together and the older QH & Haflinger together.

MTG is the best solution for tail growth, but I don't know if it will stop tail chewing.

Cayenne pepper. There are different ways to apply it, ive heard some mix it with water and spray it on, and others use a sticky substance to mix it with and apply it to the tail. My trainer used the cayenne pepper when her babies would start chewing mamas tails.

You could also try McNasty, or any of the chew stop products.

MTG is great for tail growth. Ive had awesome results with it.

I would also look into the cayenne pepper, I've also seen people have luck with cribbing sprays on the tail (personally I would use one of the all natural ones or ask your local tack shop). As far as tail growth I've had TONS of luck with eqyss mega-tek. I also give an ouce of wheat germ oil every day which helps.
