Sorry for my ignorance,but who is Dolly and what happened to her?

She is the friesian ster mare at our barn, she was almost to term in her pregnancy, when all he!! came loose, she went into labor really fast, and when she was pushing it became very aparent some thing was horiably wrong. There where 4 feet and no head trying to come out. She was rushed into an emergancy c-section, when the foal was removed it was dead, and had never extended into the uterian horns. She retained her placenta for way too long, and has sesnse founder due to thoes complications. Her founder has become quite severe, as well as other complications. She also has developed an ulcer and is on sand clear 3x a day. I could get into details but I am not up to it right now
