Exclamation Help plzzzzzzzzz TWH in need of a caring home **PICS**

Ok my friend has an older TWH named gypsy that was rescued from some horriable conditions where she was neglected and beat on and is blind in one eye and is going blind in the other. she has come a long way since she got her before she would stand in the corner of her stall and shake she has since over come her fear of people but with her sight going in her other eye she is getting pretty skiddish of almost everyone but a few people and she is in boarding because she dont have another place to keep her at the moment she is willing to give her to someone or a rescue orginization that has the place and time to spend with her i myself have been around her and she has a wonderful personality and is a beautiful girl my friend looked at the option to have her put down but cant seem to do it she is healthy no arthridis or other health prob's except for the blindness, she was wondering what she should do?, is there a place that could take her in to let her be happy for the rest of her life? Would it be hard for her to adjust to a new place? i didnt know what to tell her do yall have any suggestions i believe that she would make a good companion for other horses plus she has a Neg coggins and is UTD on everything else she is not thin, or under weight in my opinion
(Disregaurd the stall PLZ hadnt cleaned it yet in the pic and she is a little dirty to:P)
