Help me pick a color and weight

hello,
I am looking to buy sky a tail for Congress. I am debating on color and weight. I am thinking either white with grey or light grey. I was wondering your opinions on color and also how heavy of a tail should I get. Her tail is pretty good, I just want it to add some volume.
here is a picture of her tail.

Also do you know of any alternative companies to get tails from that would be cheaper?
thanks
lindsey

id get one that will match your horses tail as closely as possible. so that it looks more realistic.

Have you tried The Show Pen ? That's where I got mine. They have a color on there called extra light gray that I think matches pretty well. As for weight, your horse's tail is pretty good, I think 1 lb might be too much. Maybe 3/4 or a 1/2? I got a pound, my horse's tail isn't even as thick as yours and it's still a lot. Good luck

I think 1/2 pound would look good, but then I don't like a really obvious fake tail. For color, I think that silver white from the website you posted would look good. Second choice would be the white with gray.

Bettonskyblue- You horse's tail looks wonderful as it is! Unless the picture is tricking us, can't you just have her natural? Depending on which classes you go in, it sure would be nice when a judge goes by, feels the tail, and it is all hers!! Most people would be drooling for a tail like that!!

Yeah that is her natural tail. It is long and when I fluff it it looks really full. I just want to have a super polished look for congress. I am going to look into prices at that other website. I think your all right that she only needs like 3/4 lb and probably the white with a little grey in it. thanks everyone
