Cool Help me find a stallion for my mare, please

I love this mare, she is absolutly beautiful. I have had serious thoughts to crossing her with a large TB. As far as use for the foal, will be a keeper, but I guess either just a fancy trail horse, fun shows, parade, our local "Wild West Days" .... etc. Any help would be appreciated, if no shipped semon is avail, then stallion would have to be in Illinois, or surrounding states... Kentucky, Iowa, and Wisconsin, would concider very southern Michigan. Now I also need to add, these are very old pics, taken in Feb of 2004, she was very overweight, rough looking with her winter coat.

Diablo, is a percheron/arabian cross. Her sire is Baron Von Black, a purebred arab stallion. Here is a pic of Baron below. Her percheron dam was grade mare who was owned by the same farm.

I agree with that sugeation as well. I think a Trakehner would be a better choice. The foal would have more value and beauity that way. There are beautiful TB stallions, but usually a Trakehner has more substance than a TB does.

Marshalltown, Iowa, it is against the law for a horse to eat a fire hydrant.

This is Feuertanzer. I got a video of him as a 3yr stallion and quite liked him. They were offering free breeding in 2005, not sure if they still are next year. He is 16.2h Trakehner.

JMHO...but, why would you breed your mare...when you can easily pick up an unwanter, cheap, young horse...which could do the exact same job?

I have a paint stallion. I am located in Indiana. He isn't very tall, but has a great mind and his bloodlines are nice.

that is true but i would ONLY breed her if your TRULY want the foal now that slaughter has been banned from America there is going to be an overpopulation of horses. BUT she can breed the horse and a lot of people would much rather have a horse that they breed or have bought from google stables then a horse just off the street... I know i would just to be honest but Minnie is right when i start working i would like to adopt one or 2 but still have my good show horses too!
