The problem once he is found will be the amount of his stud fee.....if his book is open to outside mares at all...

...and...in all honesty....
while I do love his head and the top half of the neck...I am not all that thrilled with the rest of him....

Agree....!
I prefer the Black as he was portrayed in the earlier edition Black Stallion books (hardback) illustrations.
It is a shame the new paper-backed versions no longer have them!

I will keep a look out for the "real thing"...

This horses name is "Black"... I think its a sign hehehe

and look at his first two babies! Both Black and both gorgeous!

he has many champion foals... and hes awfully black stallion esque
