| Senior Member+  |  Help Me Find a Saddle!
I'm looking for a dressage saddle, and here's what I need: Seat Size: 17'' Tree Size: Medium Color: Black Flap Size: Long or Regular (no short!) The catch is, I can't spend more than $1000, and really don't want to spend more than $800. Also, I prefer a NICE brand, no cheap leather please!  Thanks so much!

eBay!! I got my Bates Isabelle used on there for $800  Do a search for 17 dressage saddle and see what you get. I've seen some killer deals on some nice dressage saddles in the past. You may luck out and find the perfect saddle for you.

| Senior Member+  | I have exactly what you're looking for......only catch is that it's dark brown color...not black. It's an old saddle, but it has such nice soft supple leather! I took it in to have some small repair work done it years ago, and the guy who did the repairs couldn't stop commenting on how nice and high quality the saddle was! hahaha PM me if you want more details and photos.

Thanks everyone for answering! Rhythm and Blues - I would be interested in your saddle, BUT I already have a black bridle...  Huntseat - I really like the Crosby Prix St George! I'm going to look into it. Thanks!

The thing is, I *just* bought an expensive bridle, and really like it. Also, I'm not the biggest fan of brown dressage saddles. Sorry!
