Help In need of a new barn for the summer

I've decided to really take off in Dressage I need to find a new barn to board Ollie at over the summer, plus (although the barn he is at is nice) I do not trust the BMers nor am I fond of how the owner runs it... It needs to be no more than 30-35 mins away though, which is the issue because I live in the city. I have specific tastes, which you don't really need to consider because I'll look through them all and toss what I don't like. lol. It doesn't have to be fancy, but it has to be nice looking (not a hole in the wall lol). A Dressage barn is obviously what I'm looking for... It doesn't have to all be Dressage, but I'd like their main focus to be that

My city is Saint Clair Shores, MI...

I've only found a couple that are possibilities... I'd like your help though because what you guys may find could be the perfect arrangment!
