Help: Horse Hair Tassel

Can anyone help me? I am looking for directions on how to make horse hair tassles.

If either of you would like horse hair tassels, I'm pulling 4-6 off my new show saddle, all of them are white/cream in color. I can post pictures tonight of them if desired.

Here's the ones I have -- there's 2 more of the longer ones still on my saddle that I can't get off currently but they WILL be coming off. So there's a total of 4 bigger tassels and 2 smaller ones.
