Post HELP! boots! ack!

Hi everyone... I need a little help. Ok well Ya'll all saw my pics of my riding and noticed my very long legs... well I need a new pair of boots. Orginially we ordered a pair form libertyville saddle shop for $190. They were WAYYY to big and not very good quality so we sent then back and Odered a pair of Dover's Piaffe Dressage boots, which were on sale for $250. Well I got a size 10 which is the biggest and tallest size. They came in today and they are almost 2 inches too short and one calf is wayyy to tight, which is probably because their too short! Anyway the will be the 2nd pair we'll have to send back and my parents really aren't happy! It looks like i'm outta options! Anyone know of good quality dress boots that come in tall? Oh and they HAVE to have a zipper down the side cause the arch in my foot is really high making like impossible for me to put on boots. Anyway they seriously can't be much more then $250. I know thats not very much for boots, but my sister's going to college, my horse just got back form training and we're putting in an arena. So extra money for boots can't really be found. Any suggestions would be most helpful!

The Ariats are great!!!

I have long legs too, and have found the Ariat Challenge (zipper) have been slightly short. The maestro/heritage have fit well though, and motifications can be made quite easily.

I have also found luck with the Effinghams/Devon Aire (though not as good quality as the ariats) have worked well with me.

Good Luck!!

TS, what do you mean by modifications can be made quite easily?? If we bought these boots, could we get the calves slight;y stretched? they wouldn't be taller but I can deal with that, but one calf really is much to tight! Can that be done with boots that have zippers? how much is it?
