Exclamation Help!

This was my first time cutting and pulling a mane... It's not even and looks too thick.

Well i can't see anything the pic is too dark but it can be easily fixed if it still has some length, why were you cutting and pulling? You should be pulling the mane, what were you cutting?

I was cutting because pulling REALLY does a number on my fingers. Hair cuts skin pretty easily

When you're cutting look from the withers up towards the poll instead of straight on. This will give you a better guide for getting it straight.

I thought about you when I was cutting, Holly. I was saying to Blackie that you should come and do it for her

Next time I'm down south I'm your groom for a day cera! What about looking from the withers are you not understanding? The angle or what?

well how do I make sure its even. I've been taking a comb and going straight across. It's short at the withers but gets longer and longer and longer as you move towards her head

Do your initial cutting and then go back and stand at her withers, and look up towards her ears, then trim any sections that are longer than the other parts.
