I do. because for one thing I'm 16 and I take lessons and it's illeagle for me not to, so there'd be no lessons for me, two my mom would kill me. And finally, and most importantly, horse is prone to being a spaze, so I'd rather not get hurt too badly. I've goten thrown head first into solid cement, with a helmet on, I'd rather not do it without

I always wear one because without it, i wouldnt be here right now with the amount of falls that couldve been permanent to my life. Of course with some of the falls i have taken i would not have needed the helmet but i would rather be safe then sorry.

I've worn a helmet every single time I rode (except the first two times I ever got on a horse: one was simply me sitting on a horse while someone took a picture and another time I was being led in a slow ambling walk, lol). If I don't wear a helmet, I feel naked.

Besides, strange as it sounds, I feel like a TRUE horse rider with a helmet. I'm "one of them," one of the cool kids, lol. Without a helmet, I feel like a poser :P
