helmets

Which brand is the saftest? I have about 3/4 falls on my current helmet and I'm due for a new one (its my frist helmet anyway) I want to get the safest brand possible. I'm not an avid shower, so i dont need a super expensive one like a GPA but a velvety one would be nice!

I have a troxel, reasonably priced, can be "velvety" lol, and quite pretty for the shows! Come to think of it, I'm about due for a new helmate too...lol

I like international helmets. They make a GPA 'look-alike' that is less expensive, but still very similiar.

I'm not sure. I think that they're all really safe, just some are more expensive than others. The more expensive ones might be more safe, but who knows?

I had a troxel, and I fell of once and it cracked in half It could have been because I hit pavement, but it still broke on my first fall. It was really "shnazzy" though. I use my brothers old BMX bike helmet, and I have fallen off like three times with it and it has never gotten a scratch. I want another actual riding helmet though, red just isnt working for me, lol
