Heart Of Palm
Has anyone ever tried Heart of palms? I love them...They are a great low fat snack! Here is a link in case you dont know what they are.

Target has em! As well as other food stores..I LOVE em eat them right out of the can Lol They are supposed to be good for you..and they taste sort of like artichokes!

Well they are kind squishy in the middle layer, But they are like fiberous, There textures vary. On the outside layer they are sort of hard. Lol
