She had the good headset for 6 years, untill we sold her to my grandma, and re-bought her 6 months- 1 year later.

this sounds like a problem that needs to be restarted from the ground. obviously she's getting frustrated and you are getting frustrated. gadgets arent going to help anything and what they are probably going to do is confuse her and **** you off. what you need to do is lounge her with just her saddle on have her do all three gaits both directions. make sure she is listening to you and concentrating on you. after shes calm get on her and take your left rein give her a little leg and pull her in a small circle. keep your hands low and soft, probably to your hip bone would be a good place to start. try to get her to move around your inside leg. if she is moving correctly her body will follow the outside of the small circle. more than likely her head will go up and she'll walk out of it. keep trying. what you are wanting her to do is turn her nose in and "give" her head to you. when she does it correctly her body will be following the curve and her head will be down with her nose tipped it. give her lots of love and maybe stop for the day. never ever end a ride on a bad note because that is all she will remember. eventually you will want to do this on both sides. once she understands that you can ask her to move forward at the walk. give a little pressure to both sides of her mouth. she should drop her head straight down. if she doesn't apply a little more pressure. if she seems like she really isnt getting it go back to the small circles. this sounds like a long process but trust me it works dont get frustrated and dont give up. after shes mastered this at the walk youll be able to progress to the trot and canter. take it slow but dont give up. remember you never want to confuse her! GOOD LUCK!!!
