I think she could be a cute horse if she had some good muscling on her. She's very thin but you can see good bone on her.

She needs some muscle and weight before going to any shows IMO. I think she could compete localy in halter. She just needs some groceries and some work and she should do fine

Everyone has said it already. She's very cute. Hmm...I'm not sure her left front leg looks crooked to me.

No. She's not cute because she's VERY underweight.. I wouldn't even take a horse to a show in that condition.

No dear, she is not VERY underweight. She is about 80 - 100 lbs underweight and VERY under muscled. She looks like a broody mare that needs conditioning and a good feed plan. I don't see hip bones or spine protruding, I see more rib than I like and her neck shows her feed plan needs a tune up, but no abuse.

To the op: she looks like she would do fine in local shows. She's got pretty decent structure to her, just looks like she's spent more time raising babys than working. However, I would also hold off on taking her to a show right now. You will find a lot of people like JackieE who are so used to "overlyfat" hatler horses that they won't see she still has padding on her, just not any extra fluf or muscle. Just currious, what is she being fed right now?

She is very cute! With some muscle she will do fine in a local halter class. I dont thinks he looks extremely underweight. She has a baby/hay gut and is a bit ribby. But, her spine isnt sticking out and her hips are not sticking out.

Her head isnt very attractive but if her neck muscles up alittle and is a little thicker it will look better.
She is also whither high but with some muscliong again her back could be improved.

Did anyone notice the lump sticking out of her left knee or am i imagining things?

Nope, I saw it. But at local shows, in an Aged mare class, if she isn't lame on it, it will be more cosmetic than anything else. It will put her under a clean legged mare of her type, but shouldn't throw her out of the ring.

So what is it? Jackson has one on the inside of his clubbed foot leg.
