Halloween Costume

Our barn is having a costume contest. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a costume for a horse. I would really like to make a full costume. I bought some fabric from the store but don't really have any ideas on how to get started. Please help!

if you want to get elaborate and ride english you cold make a seabiscuit costume since that is a popular theme recently.

I lease a Gray horse right know (flea bitten) and i braid orange and black metalic ribbon into her tail And put a orange Blanket over her and sewed little plastic spiders and bats on to the blanket( its old and I do this every halloween so its ok) so hes cool and I travel in style

Sorry I haven't responded. Our new horse is a tri-colored paint. The barn is having a Halloween costume contest and I'm trying to figure out how to make a cute costume.

I don't know if it's too late for costume ideas, but two girls at my barn went as indians on their appys and paints.
Just thought i'd throw it out there...
