Half chaps for western

My lesson last tuesday was awesome, but my legs were irritated by rubbing and the next day I had a nice streak of raw skin along the insides of my calves.

I ride western, and I might be taking a couple english lessons..

What should I do?

I got a really nice pair of half chaps from ariat (state line tack-online). They could be used for english or western. I ride western but I take a couple english lessons here and there.

I really like my pair.

you should probly get some half chaps...i ride western and i ride in them if im goin to be pattice on using my legs only...and thay really help..

Yeah, half chaps arnt used for just english. They are good for trail riding, western, etc.
