Had a lesson today

I just got back form my lesson today. I was working with one of the more difficult horses they have at the barn and my instructor gave me a lesson on lunging (first time I've lunged a horse). I did better with the horse this time than I did last time. And my instructor told me I can try english next weekend and possibly start jumping in a few weeks. I don't know, I might try it. I haven't gotten any pictures since I've switched lesson barns and I haven't gotten to go back and visit Roman either. I should be getting pictures next weekend, our camera was broke and we just got it fixed. I'm not sure when I'll be back to see Roman. Probably as soon as I get the money. My mom said she couldn't afford letting me do the lesson then going to see Roman too. So, sometime soon I hope!

I am glad you are getting on well with your lessons. Sorry you are nit getting to see Roman as much as you would like tho but I think you are best to keep on with the lessons - it is hard to afford to do all the things we would like

Yeah, I'm going to keep doing the lessons, my instructor was saying I might be able to start leasing one of her horses come January. She's been looking for different horses she thought would be good for me to lease and has found two she thinks I would work well with. They're both Quarter Horse mares and chestnut. My mom has already agreed to let me and my instructor has agreed to let me work in the barn so the lease price can be lowered some.

That's great - working with horses is the best way to learn and if it makes your rent cheaper that is a bonus
