Wink HA HA, look at these vaccination prices I'm getting!!!

Well, every year my instructor has a vet come out to do mass vaccinations and coggins tests. Every year I join in the fun with Isis. I'm not going to get all these vaccinations personally, but I thought I'd post all the prices just to make you guys jealous. Check out these prices:

Coggins test: $14
West Nile $16
4 way (EW/Tetanus/Flu) $12
Potomac Horse Fever:$11.50
Rabies: $13
Strangles: $14
3 way w/ West Nile: $17
Flu/Rhino: $13.50
EPM: $23

Mine are even cheaper than that

Only because my mom is a vet tech and gets them at cost from her office, and gives them herself though -- I'd hate to see what they would cost if we were billed regular price.

we just paid $100 US for a coggins test to get our boy across the border!

our vaccs are generally about $15 ea... PLUS farm call!... which is usually high because the closest vet to us is through a tunnel (congested traffic) and 30 mins away!!

We pay around $12 a horse for Eastern and Western encephalomyelitis, rhinopneumonitis (EHV-1 and EHV-4), influenza (Strains A1 & A2 including KY93) and tetanus

That's crazy! At my mom's office, a coggins (full price), with farm call will cost you at MOST $40...that's when we (the vet I was job shadowing, and I) travelled 45+ minutes to get to the farm. If you bring the horses to the clinic, a coggins is $25.
