guess what i did!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I jumped Viktor for the first time in 8 months!!!
the last time we jumped, shall we say DISASTER! We would have looked great if it was a class were you landed back feet first. Boy can that horse cat leap!
anyways, i practically gave up jumping right there and then and focused on our dressage which is coming along great.
Today when i went for a ride i had this feeling that if a jumped all would be ok! and it was!
he was a bit freaky about it at first, but when we got to cantering over them he settled nicely. we stuck to fairly small cross bars today but might try something a little different next time. I think the trick is to let him figure it out, instead of me holding him back and confusing him.
We had a great time and i just had to share it because its so much fun to be jumping again!!

haha i am so happy with Viktor! he is finally starting to mature and everything is coming together. Next time I jump i will take some pictures and post them so you all can have a look at our progress!
