He doesn't look grulla. Looks more bay or dk sorrel to me from that pic.

He is nice looking, good muscle tone for a yearling. The only thing that shys me towards, uhh....Im not to sure about that......is that white on his face. But other than that he is a nice looking boy.

Blistering Winds: He is probably a grullo or some form of a dun....as you can see int he first picture he has a dorsal stripe. His mane and tail are not all that black... and maybe the dorsal is just counter shading....but I dont think so.

He is definately a grullo. I'm sure he has gotten rid of most of his baby fur by now and he has stayed grullo.

I used to own a grullo...they are awesome!
