I have the normal stuff and some random stuff that I have no idea why it is in there:
soft brush, hard brush, curry, mane comb, razor comb, braiding bands, a bit of fabric, hoof pick, fly spray, bag balm, ring worm creame, vet wrap, wonder dust, vasaline, dirt, a red plaid cloth bag, sparklie beades, a bit of my first horse's mane, and who knows what else at this point.

I have several pens, disposable razors (clipping the horse's noses)... I think that's it as far as "unusual" O_o

Mine is a large feed bucket. LOL

Fly Spray
hard Dandy brush
Soft Dandy Brush
Rubber Curry
Metal Curry
Soft bristle/metal bristle 2 sided Dog Brush (great for quick sweeps and mane/tail brushing)
metal Mane/tail comb
Rubber Bands/Ouchless bands (scattered around the bottom...use to be in a ziplock)
5 hoof picks
1 pair of scissors
Medicine boots get shoved in there for storage too

I have a 2nd bucket with

Shampoo & Conditioner
Hoof Pick

And I grab the soft/metal 2 sided brush + rubber curry for baths

I have a cheapy tool box with syringes, needles, bute paste, wonder dust, nitrofurazone, corona, Absorbine Liniment, vet wrap galore! (I buy in bulk), and my vet book and notes for quick reference on drug amounts, treatments, etc.

I also have 2 sterile blades usually, 2O thread and curve needle (don't remember what number I nabbed last)

Also shoved into that book, the list of ALL vets in the area, in order of who I will use when my normal vet is not available.

I also have marked DO NOT EVER CALL.....LET HORSE LIVE OR DIE ON OWN vets at the bottom.

very useful when you are out of town for people caring for your horse.

I use a grooming tote by Kensington...but I need a bigger one, lol...it's overflowing!!

I have... :
  • 1 face brush
  • 1 soft brush
  • 1 med. brush
  • 1 jelly scrubber ( MY FAVORITE )
  • 4 hoof picks (one with a brush at the end)
  • 2 rubber curry combes
  • 1 shedding blade
  • 1 stiff brush
  • 2 pairs of splint boots
  • 1 fly spray bottle
  • 1 hooflex bottle
  • 2 pairs of gloves
  • 1 human brush (for manes and tails)
  • 1 bottle of skin so soft (works better than flyspray)
  • 1 bottle of corona (not the alcoholic beverage )
  • 1 pair of sunglasses
I really don't understand HOW I'm able to fit all this stuff into my small little tote...
