Grooming?

How do you guys groom your dog, or rather with what? I've seen these dog grooming tools in the store lately that look and practically are what we use on our horses everyday. The stores or whoever sells them are selling them for A LOT more than we pay! I believe this is because more people have dogs and manufactures feel that the owners would think that is a reasonable amount to spend.

I've found my round metal curry, the Slick N Easy and a few other things work just as well on my dogs... so that is what I use. Why would I pay $8-$15 when I could get the same thing for about $2?????? It's ridiculous.

I just brush my dog with a regular hair brush, or a horse brush. My dog has really short hair, so all I need to do is go over her coat with a finishing brush to remove a bit of loose hair and that's it.

I use one of these for overall brusing, mostly the pin side

and then one of these to help shed

and to finish them off to look nice, and for after running around and getting muddy etc
