Grey Horses

It seams that everyone is cross breeding these days . We even have regestries for half and part breeds. As everyone knows that if you mix a whole bunch of paint together you get grey. Will all of our horses be grey in a few years?

That took me a second. I was like wait what??? and then thinking like that overo to overo can produce lethal white and I'm racking my brain trying to remember hearing about a new problem in APHA: loss of color to gray. Lol I get it now.

No way...there are too many people who prefer other colors and breed for them...like I love a nice bay with no, or very little white. Other people love blacks, palominos, chestnuts and sorrels.
There are even people who prefer and breed just black and white Pintos and Paints as well as just chestnut and white or the bay and whites
